Spa Policies

Due to the COVID, 19 new protocols have been put in place for ALL CLIENTS visiting the spa, you are required to wear a mask upon entry and sanitize hands, for our massage/ body services we require clients to shower ( towels and soap will be provided).A consultation form will be sent via email and need to be filled out before any services can be done.

Please Read and Agree to the terms and conditions before booking.

Medical Conditions

Please notify our spa consultant before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or in case of pregnancy or any other medical condition

Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted via telephone 418-9090 or email 24 hours in advance to be considered valid. For any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations and no show appointments will result in 50% charge of the service you were scheduled for.

Running Late

If you are running more than 14 minutes late, we will do everything possible to extend the time and give you the full amount of time for your appointment.

However, if there is another appointment following your service, we cannot guarantee this will be possible and you will still be charged for the original booking.

Appointments are considered No shows after 16 minutes.

The Spa will be closed on 1 Sunday per month. Please call directly or check bookings for availability
